Cheesy Games Rules & Guidelines

We run lots of contests and giveaways and hope that you find them fun and fair. Here are a few of the rules and guidelines that you might want to know about.

If the contest or giveaway is featured or promoted on our Facebook page, it is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. You are providing your information to Beavercreek Pizza Dive and not to Facebook. The information you provide will only be used to select a winner. We never share, sell, or take advantage of information you share with us. Same goes for Twitter and Instagram.

You can win a prize valued at $20 or more only once every 6 months. 

We use a random-entry generator to determine the winner in giveaways where the winner is selected randomly. For any contest or giveaway, the winners are in no way selected or chosen directly by our staff unless indicated otherwise in the post. Winner’s name is posted on Facebook with a request to contact us for information on how to collect the prize. Prizes which remain unclaimed and/or uncollected after 7 days are forfeited by the winner.

For some promotions, we are giving away tickets for a specific show date and time and require that the winning entrant respond to the notice that they have won within a given time frame. Deadlines are included in the giveaway posts. If the winner does not respond by the deadline, the entire prize is forfeited.

When we run giveaways or promotions that include tickets from another source (say the Victoria Theatre Association), the venue and show, along with their management and staff are in no way associated with the promotion. We have purchased the tickets independently and are giving them away on our dime. Tickets and passes are not refundable or transferable and may not be exchanged for cash. Should the ticketed event be cancelled, Beavercreek Pizza Dive is not responsible and will not provide any compensation. As ticket holders, you may or may not get a rain check for cancelled events from the venue or promoters. Additional restrictions may apply for giveaways with partners or from purchased tickets.

There is no purchase necessary to enter or win our contests and giveaways, and any purchase does not increase your chances of winning.

Winners names (and sometimes their pictures) will be featured in our promotional materials and listed on Facebook and other social media sources (mainly to notify the winner). By playing, you give us permission to use your name and image in our promotional materials and communications.

As an alternate entry to any promotion, mail or drop off a postcard with your name, address, and phone number to our store at 4021 Dayton-Xenia Road, Beavercreek, OH 45432 by the entry deadline.
